the overall atmosphere was quiet, yet some staff members were very rude. the room was tidy and huge - really enjoyed the large bathroom. the bed was exceptionally comfortable and a good sized balcony and a living area were a bonus.

the location was particularly good and absolutely perfect - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Novo Alexeyevka airport was hardly 21 minutes away by car. 3. the rooms were decent-sized and bright with windows on quiet streets.

We truly enjoyed our rooms with windows on a quiet street. the staff were welcoming and super friendly. - the location was great, near Galleria Mall, and in a pretty quiet area.

The staff was professional and attentive, always ensuring that my needs were met. The room was cozy and well-decorated, and I especially appreciated the surprise of having a heater in the bathroom. When the air conditioning in one of the rooms wasn't working, they immediately offered me another room or a fan as an alternative. The breakfast was good, although I think it could have had a bit more variety. The highlight of my stay was definitely the jacuzzi, the perfect way to relax after a long day. I also appreciated that they allowed me to store my luggage even after checking out. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
